Copy the URL and paste it 'Insert Video' option. It's located on the right of the smiley face icon thinger.

Click the button that is 5 away from the smiley face button in the quick reply. It will say insert video when you scroll over it. Just open the vid you want from youtube and copy the url in the address bar and paste it in the bar that pops up after you click that button.
Im sure someone could explain it better but hopefully it helps lol
