Check out Musculardevelopment.com NoBullRadio. They had Kevin on there about this Youtube video. He had a great sense of humor about it... I have to give him major props. He is getting into movies and even said he doesn't train and knew he would get a lot of shyt for this.
He said that he is only about 190lbs in that video as compared to the 240-260lbs when he was lifting...
Gotta give him some credit as he didn't look like a slob. Just isn't into the "bodybuilding" anymore, as he says.
But man.. that video is freakin' hilarious. I guess the producers for it have a series of them based on the 2 characters.merc is my hero
