this car has the old corvette z06 motor. 400hp. thats how cadillac makes them. they cost 55k new which is really expensive 4 this car.

$55K and the bastard comes with standard transmission? Nobody's dumb enough to pay that much for a car with manual tranny. You would think GM/Cadillac learned that when they first came out with the Cimmaron.

You want manual tranny in sports cars. You can't find an auto Cobra...they never made one. All your exotic sports cars are manual. Now-a-days they have a little auto option in some of them with the F-1 paddle style system, e.g. Ferrari, but ya want to be in full control of the gears. I realize it's a Caddy, but that thing is targeting the consumer that wants to smoke someone while still having a Caddy emblem on the wheel, and drive it like it was in that vid. Cadillac has that car with an automatic for the usual Cady consumer that doesn't care about dustin somebody's ass from light to light or on track night at the drag strip. That car isn't produced for the usual Cadillac consumer.

The new new CTS is a great machine and the old V is unreal too. They haven't released a new V series yet, but they will and it's gonna be bad. Many mag's say the new new cts is the best handling cadillac ever.

the handling of the ctsv is really good, Better then a S4 Audi. Watch the top gear video on in. It blows it away. They handed the cover over to people in Europe and the fine tuned the suspension cuzz we all know americans cant do it.


The new ctsv is going to have the blue devil vetter motor which will have 600-700hp. Kinda rediculous for this car. Its center of gravity is too high compared to the vette.

Mrs D-S drives one in black, with 20" wheels I'll post up pics but it handles like **** with the bigger wheels/tires.
