              I HAVE A BAD HABIT OF DOING IT THAT WAY WITH 225-275 BUT WHEN I GET UP TO 315 ITS ALL THE WAY UP. THATS WHEN I WASNT INJURED

                  I don't consider him srong. He probably weighed 300+lbs. Show me a 200lbs guy who can do 405 for 20 reps then that is strong.

                    That guy could benefit from some proper training. I think that if his form got better he could actually increase his weight. I mean, not for as many "reps", but I bet that he could increase his 1RM.
