i used to go watch pantera play at a club in dallas called the basement. i can say i got bloodied up there a couple times. my bro got his hip crushed from being stomped and had to have a hip replacement

i look back and wonder what the hell i was thinking. watching that the pit has evolved into somthing different. when i was a kid you bumped into one another jumping and stomping now it looks like a elbowthrowing breakdance from hell

Been to several heavy metal shows and stayed away from the Pit. I can't see paying $$ to see a show and get the sh!t beat out of you.

I avoid the pit. I have no patience for that type of thing, I would go balistic which would cause me to get gang jumped. Not my idea of fun.
