  • Form at it's best!!

Did this guy ever hear of a little thing called form? So he can curl 95lbs...What does he want a freaking cookie? Let's see him try that with his back perfectly straight without using momentum, and all his back muscles. Man some people are so clueless!!!!

lol...95lbs and he's straining? I'd rather do 65lbs clean for 20 reps then do 95lbs for 3 reps and have improper form! People and their ego's!!!

yeah ya know! Plus why do these people need to videotape what they lift? I'm sorry but I've never once thought of taping my lifting sessions. Even if I were to do 350lbs I wouldn't tape it. What are they trying to prove, and who do they think their impressing?

thats actually pretty damn good form, compared to what ive seen. i had a friend who would go to the gym, bend over at the waist, curl the the 135lbs up to his chest (while bent over and facing the floor), then stand up striaght and call it a curl

This guy is rocking back and forth, is lifting with his back not his biceps, and is using momentum to move the weight.

I bet any money if that guy stood straight up, stuck out his chest, and slowly curled the weight to the top without rocking, squeezed for 2 seconds, then slowly brought it down without rocking, he wouldn't even be able to do 1!
