Cub Swanson def. Artem Lobov via unanimous decision (49-46 x2, 50-45) This was an entertaining fight, both guys tough as nails. I think cub deserves his title shot
Al Iaquinta def. Diego Sanchez via first-round KO (1:38) iaquinta is a sniper!If I had known selling houses in Long Island made you a badass I would have done it. He starched sanchez with those 2 right hands. hurt him them put him away. impressive
Ovince Saint Preux def. Marcos Rogerio de Lima via sub (von flue choke) (R2, 2:11) I am glad OSP won, 1st round was boring as hell as it was mostly missed kicks by de lima, that dude is a HUGE beast (he missed weight for the 2nd time) and OSP for the win by Von Flue choke was impressive anybody who grapples knows this is a lower % sub and is used most of the time to escape a position, not for the tap. I have tried it in grappling so many times and never got a tap out of it. LOVED IT!
John Dodson def. Eddie Wineland via unanimous decision Kinda boring,
dodson is an in /out fighter like a rudimentary version mightly mouse without the super hero abilities. still a great fighter, i like both guys, wineland hits hard just could not catch dodson
Stevie Ray def. Joe Lauzon via majority decision Ray overcame some brutal GnP and showed MASSIVE heart to come back against J lau. I wonder why joe gassed so quick? he normally is the cardio machine. yeah it was a grueling 1st round but joe should have been just as tired. anyway both guys tough and joe took a helluva beating in that 3rd, he had nothing left but took it to the judges
Mike Perry def. Jake Ellenberger via second-round KO (1:05) Did not see it due to stupid baseball game running over. (hate the cardinals anyway) but watched the highlights, jake was doing well in the 1st, but perry landed a ferocious elbow that put him lights out.
