Grueling, painful. that is all i can really say. we do 10 minute rounds to work the clench at my camp but knees and throws are light. these dudes are going 100%.

They train so hard there in Thailand more Mma fighters should train like that and there.No pads get used to the pain,kick tree's and rocks and shit.Much respect for them guys.Disclaimer: Steroid use is illegal in a vast number of countries around the world. Eventually, if there isn't deep integrity and fundamental character strength, the challenges of life will cause true motives to surface and human relationship failure will replace short-term success.
There is an idea of who I am: some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me; only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel my flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.
