Re: Defining Cigano: JDS' Greatest Hits

for me JDS' greatest hit was against Cain to win the belt on the UFC's debut on FOX, because it was for the belt. Overall my favorite fight of his was against Shane Carwin. he basically made the dude's face explode over the course of the fight, Google it the pics are great lol. To this day Shane has clearly visible damage on his face from that fight. I'm definitely a JDS fan but i wish he'd look into getting a new gym, he's maxed his potential with his gym in Brazil. I'd really like to see him focus on muay thai and wrestling for a while. his boxing is great, maybe even the best in the heavyweight division, but he has to expand his skillset to compete with Cain.

Eventually, if there isn't deep integrity and fundamental character strength, the challenges of life will cause true motives to surface and human relationship failure will replace short-term success.

There is an idea of who I am: some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me; only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel my flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.
