he has employed mike dolce to help him cut weight. i wish he used dolce earlier in his career.

It depends. Dolce can get him to weight but how will BJ respond is the question.
He says he wants to fight Edgar because he has so much respect for Edgar. I mean most people truly believe that BJ won the first fight and we all know that Edgar won the second, so I feel this is a tie breaker. I don't know that he's grasping for straws as much as he is just competitive and doesn't want to stop. It seems like I read that he is even going to have a different camp this time, but I can't remember for sure on that one. He will be coaching the next TUF show as well.
Personally, as a BJ fan, I would like to see him retire with a win or two under his belt, not like it played out last time. With that being said, he has been out a while now and he's facing a tough weight cut, so I don't think the odds are in his favor at this point. We will see..

Well, as far as that goes, it would be hard to argue that fact with his history. But money, he has. Dolce is top notch though. If BJ uses him, he will get BJ to that weight. Dolce is the "go to" guy for weight cuts right now
