Man roy whooped mitrione. he has short arms. a huge belly. looks like he has no muscles. yet he is a badass. just goes to show you technique trumps muscle. (when i say technique i dont mean his punches are pretty, i mean he does not muscle his punches. they come from his whole body so he needs less horse power to do massive damage)

JDS has been his only problem. I remember when everyone thought I was crazy talking about how good he was before he won the show. He was a badass in the IFL too. And he hasn't even had to use his world class BJJ skills. Roy continues to shcok and awe everyone with his impressive finishes! Guy may look like crap but he can swat.Very accurate and hard hitter.Whats even more surprising is that he says he's only been working on his stand up since '09.He's really a Juijitsu guy and is a Black Belt under Jenzo Gracie.As FUZO stated he said he is just starting to learn combo's so his impressiveness should only go up from there.Comment
