WELL LETS NOT ALL GET INTO THE SHAPE THING WITH BJ.IF BJ IS SERIOUS THIS TIME AND HE SAYS HE HASNT HIT HIS PRIME AND HAS TRAINED LIKE HE SHOULD I SEE HIM WINNING.I DONT THINK RORY HAS FOUGHT ALOT OF GREAT MMA GUYS. SO IM ALWAYS GOING WITH BJ AND HOPEFULY HIS MIND IS RIGHT.I TRULY THINK BJ SUFFERES FROM SOME EMOTIONAL STUFF IN LIFE BECAUSE HE'S ALWAYS UP AND DOWN IN HIS FIGHTS LATELY. HE SMOKES MATT HUGHES THEN LOSES TO DIAZ.

bj is just one of those guys that is mma if that makes any sense. like fuzo says if he shows up with only the fight on his mind his opponent is in trouble no matter who it is. -

Well we know he usually comes in ready to go for his first fight. I've seen his videos and he looks to be in great physical shape. Add that with the fuel he gets from Rory talking about BJ dying in the ring tomorrow night or whatever crap he said, and BJ is surely fired up. Obviously, I hope BJ comes out and wipes the floor with him...but Rory is no joke.

we always go through the "which bj will show up" thing. did he work hard on his cardio ect. rory is +240 and BJ -190 in the early odds. pretty close with the odds in favor of rory
this is a vid of bj shadowboxing . he looks good. bj is a guy that has to be motivated by external stimulus. he was so good in the beginning he didnt train all that hard and still won.
he is in the twilight of his career and is truely motivated by rory and the thought of his legacy.
