    rich franklin vs cung le spoiler

    Franklin got knocked the fu** out!

    he threw a lazy kick. pawed a little with his left hand but left it at waist level. Cung threw a wide right hood and caught him right on the chin. franklin went to sleep.

    i think he figured because he had such an advantage in reach, cung couldn't reach him. well cung closed the distance while throwing.

    i know franklin is a good fighter but that was a rookie mistake.

    silva looked pretty good. mizugaki also dominated houglan. stun gun did his thing and won easily

    all in all pretty good fights

      That sucked, was over in just a coupla minutes !

        Yeah, Franklin did not perform well at all. Cruz gave a great explanation when he talked about Franklin moving straight back instead of to the side. I think Franklin just assumed it was going to be an easy fight for him to take to the later rounds. It seemed his plan was to just gas Le and then go strong in the other rounds.

            yep, it is easy and intuitive to move straight back because its faster than lateral movement. there are counters if you move straight back but rich just dropped his hand and moved back lazily. we train with 4# gloves for rounds of defense to teach us to keep our hands up. by the end of the round our shoulders are spent. but when you spar for real they are light as a feather
