So it looks like GSP injured his knee in training and the BJ/Nick fight has been moved to the main event. This sucks. I couldn't wait for this card. I love all four of these fighters and it was going to be a great PPV.

i dont see that happening. i would love to see BJ win but how? he does not use BJJ off his back, nick has great take down defense and absolute top notch BJJ defense. nick uses his reach to keep him off and throws knees when he comes in. i wouldnt be surprised if nick finishes him with punches and knees.Originally posted by tn94z View Post

I think BJ can out point Nick. BJ hits A LOT harder than Nick but Nick does have a good reach and knows how to use it. BJ has been adding kicks himself, so I can see that playing a part. BJ has been training a lot with Hughes so Nick would be an easier candidate for BJ to take down, so he may be playing more of a top game than bottom. I love both fighters so I am excited for this one. I think it may end up turning into a brawl. Great fight IMO. Both have great ground games, both have really good boxing, both have really good chins, both will scrap it out, and both will stand in the pocket. Nick has better cardio I'm sure, but I think BJ is probably stronger. Nick likes to paw that jab out there with nothing on it and I think BJ will eat him up with his rock solid jab. Nick has nothing for BJ in the form of power, so BJ won't be afraid to stand in front of him.
