Dana White just announced via his Twitter account that BJ Penn will now face Nick Diaz at UFC 137. The announcement comes only the day after Diaz was pulled from his title fight with Georges St. Pierre and was replaced by Carlos Condit. With Condit getting bumped up to the main event, Penn was then left without an opponent, but with Diaz now back on the card, the two fights seem to finally be set.

I think it depends on BJ once again...but going by his last few fights, I'm going with Nick. This decision still doesn't make sense to me....but it is what it is. The funny thing will be when Condit beats GSP, and then Nick beats Condit and gets the title anyway. I know....probably won't happen.

BJ WILL NEVER GET PAST GSP. EVER. HE DOESNT HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO DO THAT! DEPENDING ON BJ'S MINDSET ONTHE NIGHT OF THE FIGHT WITH NICK - HELLI DONT SEE HIM BEATING NICK. Condit won't be a walk in the park for GSP though. Chances are GSP will dry hump him to a victory, but Condit will put a beating on him from the bottom if he has to. I like Condit. people still watch mma?
imo the sport has lost it's appeal that it had several years ago.....the legends/icons are almost gone, herb dean is still officiating after numerous controversial early stops, and there's no showmanship......nothing that jumps out saying "this event will be one of the best ever"......it's becoming mundane....i only watch if nothing else is on....free links....i refuse to ever pay for it......Comment
