This kid has a chip on his shoulder. We all know BJ beat Fitch,Bj cardio is fine. Bj totaled Matt hughes. This story kid has to get by Nate first and if he does the weight cut of nate ight contribute to his lose thats if nate loses. But for story to say he will make Bj quit is plain stupid
Rick Story: "I Think I'd Grind BJ Penn Into The Ground"
"I think I'd like to fight B.J. Penn. Just because I think I've enjoyed watching him fight so much and it's always exciting watching him fight. I think it would be an exciting fight to have. I push the pace and I keep coming at you until the fight ends. I think I'd grind him into the ground. I'd make him tired and make him want to quit."
Surging welterweight prospect, Rick “The Horror” Story, tells the guys over at fiveknuckles.com that he can make BJ Penn quit.
Chomping at the bit to get a big name opponent, after dispatching Thiago Alves in a lack luster performance at UFC 130, the Washington based fighter has been calling out the likes of Jon Fitch, GSP and now BJ Penn.
While Story is currently riding a six fight win streak in the UFC, out of his seven Octagon appearances he has posted a loss to John Hathaway and four of his six victories have come way of decision (two by split decision against Nick Osipczak and Jesse Lennox).
Story recently signed to take on welterweight newcomer Nate Marquardt at UFC on Versus 4 later this month. And while Marquardt may be a former number one contender in the weight class above, he has neither ranking, nor relevance in the current 170 pound division.
Would a win next week put Story in line for a legend like Penn or is the young fighter biting off more than he can chew with his statements of dominance
