i saw it, great fight
my guess, shogun was going to be patient, jones wanted to dominate, thus, jones went for the takedown as soon as he could, and it became obvious, shogun had nowhere to hide, jones had the reach, speed, could do a takedown, and from his back shogun couldn't do diddle, thus, it just became a matter of timeComment

Did anyone notice how Jones was pushing the limits on dirty fighting? He kept his fingers in and around Shogun's eyes, covered his mouth (legal but borderline dirty), thumbs in the throat, elbows to the throat, and a knee that was really close to landing while Shogun's knee was on the ground. Now with that being said, the throat things were the only bad ones but still...not really clean fighting.
But either way, Jones beat him down!

Im also surprised that shogun didnt try and work jones legs with kicks for the whole first round to slow jones down. Shogun didnt really throw any kicks which was a stupid move in my opinion.Comment

He looked out of shape as I was also told this and very sluggish.
