Shogun Rua showed off his leg kicks to ESPN Sport Science's John Brenkus where he tested Shogun's power and speed. The show said Shogun kicks with more power than any strike they've ever had in the lab.

I may be a little biased because I have been watching Shogun for many, many years and he is one of my favorites...but I just think that too many people are writing him off just because of what Jones has been doing.
For this reason, I am pulling for Shogun. I really like Jones and think he has a really good chance of winning, and I think this fight is going to be one of the best fights we have seen in a while, but I am going to pull for Shogun!
