I think he just needs a new strength and conditioning coach. He needs to up his strength/power/explosiveness/endurance the most I would say. I dont know, maybe just being around another good fighter will make him push harder.

I think it's more his drive to get the cardio than it is his coach. He had one hell of a strength and conditioning coach, but the coach can only do so much. IMO, you have to really want it to get the kind of conditioning it takes to go rounds with some of the guys today. BJ has never really had to worry about that.
Matt will push him HARD I would imagine. I think this is one of the best moves that BJ could have made.
