I'm kinda with guillard on this,kenny has had 2 shots at the title blew them both and yeah they keep him in the top 5 well ok with that but guillard does have way more power better stand up strong as a bull and the only way he can lose is by submission because that is his weakness. But I bet if guillard fights kenny he will KO kenny if kenny doesnt submit him. And honestly guillard has been getting much better so my bet is guillard. Kennys time is over and will never get the title.

Earlier this week Kenny Florian went on record and stated that if Guillard wants a title shot he should go through him to get it. Guillard, apparently has a different idea on the matter and doesn't think the two time number 1 contender is worthy of facing him. I do not think you can discount what Kenny Florian has done in the lightweight division, and I do not really agree with Guillard's assessment of the Boston made fighter. To me, Florian is the ultimate gatekeeper to the top of the division, if you can't get past him, you don't have any business challenging for a title and it seems like a natural step that Guillard should accept with open arms if he really wants a shot at gold.
