i love forrest, i really wish he would retire and become an am****ador to the sport or some upper level ufc management type
he can beat 90% of folks in his weight class, yet he lacks the speed to even contend with the upper elite, this is a fact and will never change, he does not have it, and as a result he's taken a lot of heavy shots in his career, please forrest move on, don't get hurt for life
