    Couture vs Machida at UFC 129

    Randy Couture isn't retiring after all.

    Couture and Lyoto Machida have verbally agreed to meet at UFC 129 on April 30 in Toronto, MMA Fighting has learned from sources close to the fight. Couture also confirmed the fight when asked by MMA Fighting at UFC 125 on Saturday night.

    The event will be the UFC's first in Toronto and will be held at the Rogers Centre, home of the Toronto Blue Jays.
    And the Couture saga continues....

        after the machida fight with quinton I'm not counting out randy

          I for sure wouldn't. I see Randy getting it to the ground pretty easy and he fought Jacare in a submission match without getting submitted so his sub defense is on a really good level. This may be a bad fight for Machida, especially coming off a loss.

            wow i didnt see this grappling match. jacare is legit. he out wrestled mayhem and is a BJJ monster. randy has size but while a black belt, he is not the same caliber as souza.

            also i feel his style of wrestling is better against machida than rampages power shots.

              Yeah, it ended in a draw with neither one of the really dominating. Randy avoided the subs but couldn't pass jacare's guard

                just watched it. the mastery of both men really cancelled each others strengths out. still in a grappling match to not get caught by souza is amazing
