I understand that Mir didn't have an amazing fight or anything but he did get the KO and it was the only KO on the card I think.....so he should have gotten the bonus. If they have a KO bonus and Mir was the only fighter to get a KO, common sense should tell you that he should have received it. Dana can't give the "he doesn't deserve it because the fight wasn't good" crap because no one is saying that he needs the fight of the night bonus.

frank is being a baby now. Like you said he talks shit and didnt even live up to it. Boring fight and I wish it went the other way. Frank wont go up in rank either after this fight

I agree but I just don't see how he can be denied the KO bonus when he was the only one on the card to get a KO. I have seen boring fights get the KO bonus before. I bet if CroCop had KO'd Mir in the same situation, he would have gotten it.
The problem is that Mir has ran his mouth so much that Dana doesn't like him and the UFC can do whatever they want to. I guess it can be blamed on Mir as well but I still think it's S****Y of Dana. I think the whole card was one of the worst ones they have had. The free fights on Spike were the most entertaining.

so many guys fight safe now. knowing there is far less of a chance they will get a sub or a KO. its smart for them but boring for us.
many of you ragged GSP in the hardy fight but he spun off for an arm bar and went for subs which could have given up position. he was going for the win unlike mir

mir knew cro cop has power in both fists and shins so he stayed outside and threw with his reach and height but wasnt close enough for max power so if he got hit it wasnt full power, or he went in and clenched.

I was one that gave GSP a hard time in the Hardy fight, but it was fights leading up to that particular fight that spurred the comments. You are right, he was going for subs and what not so it was a little better. But GSP himself admitted that he has been fighting safe and not going for the finish. He says that he is going to change that....we will see.
