I'm still taking penn at 170. Penn would of beat him last time but had a rib injury and penn had won the 1st round already. Penn will hopefuly be in shape at 170 he has proved he can be at 155 but what penn will show up is the question and will he be in shape at 170 I wuld think so. I just hope he is serious because he wasnt erious with frankie because the fight didnt excite him wasnt a challenge if you know what I mean. This is a perfect fight for penn to see if he still wants to fight. If he beats hughes he will then fight either 1 more time and if he wins then a title shot at 155. He would have to fight like 2-3 times before a title shot at 170 but I think 155 is what he should get thje title back then get a title shot at 170 if he wants.
