ON HIS SITE BJ PUT OUT A MESSAGE RIGHT AFTER THE FIGHT AND I QUOTE HE SAID. " I DIDNT THINK IT WAS GOING TO GO MY WAY LAST NOT" END QUOTE HE ALREADY KNEW IN HIS MIND THAT HE EITHER WASNT READY FOR THE FIGHT PHYSICALY OR MENTALY BECAUSE ANY OF US SAW THE FIGHT KNEW THAT ONE A BJ PENN FIGHTER COMES OUT FOR A FIGHT HE IS EXCITED AND HE LOOKS AT THE OTHER FIGHTER AND HE'S READY. THE OTHER NIGHT HE STOOD IN THE RING LIKE A LOG AND DIDNT MOVE BEFORE THE FIGHT,HE DIDNT EVEN TAKE A BREATHE OF AIR FROM HIS MOUTH AND RIGHT THERE WHEN HE WAS ACTING LIKE THAT I SAID TO MY WIFE BJ IS GOING TO LOSE.HE LOOKED LIKE HE WASNT INTO IT AGAIN. AND WE ALL TALK ABOUT IT HERE AND I'M NOT GOING TO SAY NOW THAT HE ISNT CAMPABLE OF BEING THE BEST AT HIS WEIGHT I DONT KNOW IF HE'S READY ANYMORE MENTALY . EVEN HIS CAMP THAT NIGHT WASNT PRESSURING HIM BIG TIME TO FIGHT OR TO TAKE FRANKIE DOWN OR GET ON HIM AND SAYING BJ YOUR LOSING MAN STEP IT UP. BJ NEEDS NTO REVALUATE HIS FIGHTING CAREER. I TOLD MY WIFE WHEN HE WAS IN THE RING BEFORE THE FIGHT WHILE HE WAS STANDING THERE HE LOOKED LIKE HE WANTED TO CRY AND I'M NOT SAYING THAT IN A BAD WAY HIS ANXIETY WAS THROUGH THE ROOF. REMEMBER THE FIGHTER WHO HAD PANIC ATTACKS AND HAD TO STOP WELL SOMETHING IS WRONG

it's well known i'm not a bj man, for all of these reasons
while he has lost a few fights he never really get's destroyed, he has this attitude in those losing fights like, be patient take ur time and u will get ur chance, don't panic, etc., which is good to have, a calmness,
i almost get the sense he's been challenged so few times, and never got his ass whopped, he loses track of time, because he knows he can submit someone in 30 seconds a dozen different ways
