quinton seems very determined to beat rashaad.I just love how rashaads camp says rashaad hasnt ever trained like he is before well shouldnt he always train that way. with quinton we know he doesnt ytrain that hard and we all saw different things he was doing to get in great shape. Yeah, too bad I won't see it tonight. I am going to my first bodybuilding show that I have some friends competing in. I will have to watch it tomorrow.

I tell you guys what, they BOTH looked better at the weigh-ins that they have in a long time!!! And I thought that Rampage was a lot bigger than Rashad but they looked to be pretty close to the same size at the weigh ins.
