It seems like when BJ comes into a fight in "not so good" shape, his training camp has been in Hilo. When he comes into a fight in some of the best shape of his life, he has trained in other areas such as California. It sounds like he doesn't need to have a complete camp in Hilo. He needs to keep mixing it up

Re: BJ and training...
He should just keep practicing his moves on TV hosts. Seriously though, he needs to get out of his comfort zone I think. Its prob real easy for a lot of these guys to get complacent with their training esp when they are around their own crew day in and out. I bet it would do him, or anyone else for that matter, good to just go somewhere completely different and train with a new camp in a new environment where you arent a big shot.
