I just read on Josh's twitter account (contrary to what some people think, I do follow what Josh does) and on Friday night, he was already up to 188lbs. I wonder what he weighed in at during the fight? Man these guys cut some weight. They have that stuff down to a science. I'm sure it's easier on Koscheck though because they say he walks around that lean year round.
