Sounds like these judges have stars in there eyes. Edgar won that fight and thats that. Edgar is good, he deserved to win. BJ is good, but Edgar had the drive to pull this fight out, plus he has beated a lot of good lightweights, so he can probably hold the belt for a while unless BJ comes back harder that Frankie. Also, I was sitting in the sports bar watching the fight when my buddy asked to see my vodka bottle design, so I went looking for it on fitnessgeared and saw this ****ing headline right before the fight and needless to say was livid. Stop ****ing posting who wins as the damn titles please. Just put "BJ Penn..." then write lost in the post. ****!

fightmetrics gave bj the more landed strikes so facts dont lie Well octagon control would go to Penn, he was planted the entire fight with edgar literally running around him not moving him. Edgar was way more aggressive looking but provably landed way less than Penn. again controversy with a chamionship fight just like machida and shogun.I'm up right now and watching the 3rd round again and you are all wrong bj won that round.what just because you dont see bj be more agressive like he has been he loses. strikes dont lie bj won that. so how is anyone of you guys going to say if someone out strikes you in a fight you lose. cmon tell me.i'll say this bj was sluggish and like i said earlier the humidity there was god awful. and let be be even more clear bj landed more strikes to the head,fact. frankie did not control the ring at all

anyone says bj lost is just kidding them selves. you all saw frankie actual bruise bj so you all think bj lost. finaly someone got to hit bj and now you all think bj lost. he's human finaly got hit because he was sluggish but still won the fight.God damn it fight punch stat does not lie and bj won that god damn stat. so then people thinkks he lost. and I just dont feel that BJ being on his butt for 2 seconds is enough to overcome the fact that he landed nearly 3 times as many strikes in the 2nd round.

I have said something about this before. The best thing to do is just stay off the internet until it's over. This fight came on at lunch yesterday so I went out and didn't even look at the computer until I got home last night.

AND THIS IS WHERE YOUR CLUELESS BECAUSE STAT PUNCH COUNT HAS BJ PENN LANDED MORE POINT POUNCHES THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE FIGHT BUT HE STILL LOSES. SO WHEN A FIGHTER OUT SCORES YOU WITH PUNCHES SCORING PUNCHES NOT JUST GLANCES AND IS THE AGRESSER IN THE FIGHT FOR THE FIRST 3 ROUNDS HE LOSES.BULL SHIT.

all i know is that everyone i was with thought he lost the fight, the he actually did, so how am I kidding myself? He lost, thats that, I dont care what internet judges say, but everyone has there opinions.
