Karate is a go!!

Well ,we took my 8 year old step son to watch Karate last night and he loved it. That is all he has been talking about. So, we are going to sign him up next week. And it's only 40.00 a month! I have really been wanting him to get into martial arts but I didn't want to push him into anything. So, needless to say, I am happy that he has chosen to do this on his own.

I actually had to get on the mats and serve as an "attacker" to the teacher last night. I actually learned a couple things. It makes me REALLY miss BJJ!!!! Who knows, I may sign up and do it with him!

That's great! martial arts are great for kids! If you decide to join also, be careful of that ankle issue you have.
