I don't know about you guys, but I am really excited about this fight. I really like Vera and I have wanted Jones to get a little better competition. Man, I think this fight will be crazy!!!

I think it's going to be a good techinical fight as well. Jones dominated Hamill the whole fight, and lost due to a DQ! Vera is definitely looking for payback on SOMEONE. And so is Jones. I think Vera looks more to swing for the fences, where Jones is a pretty poised striker. Agree? Disagree?“I don't look ahead... I keep focused on my next opponent. Well, I don't know that Vera really "swings for the fences" in a sense of being reckless. I think Vera is a very technical Muay Thai striker. Jones is very VERY explosive though, and that may make the difference. This is one fight where I'm happy with either win. But if I had to choose...I would want Jones to win. Vera has always been one of my favorites but I don't really think he has what it takes to win a title. I kind of disagree. All of America, including Dana White, knows Vera beat Randy. But that's why Dana says "Never leave it up to the judges!". If Vera got pounded like Gracie did, then I would worry. Well, the thing that hurts Vera in the eyes of the UFC is that he kind of gave up when he was fighting in HW. He says that he didn't train like he used to, and he had to decided if that is the life that he really wanted. To me, that shows signs of a guy that is not as dedicated to the fight game as it may seem.
