my son started with a BJJ class then did wrestling and now thai boxing. when he gets a little older MMA classes.
children shouldnt use 4-6 oz gloves on each other. find a good MMA school normally they break it down into those catergories for the kids."SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
