MIRS CAMP SAID HE ADDED 25LBS OF MUSCLE YEAH RIGHT MAYBE THE EASY WAY BUT NOT THE NATURAL WAY. THE WAY MIR TALKED IN THE UFC 107 ON SPIKE I HOPE HE GETS BEAT DOWN JUST FOR THE TRASH TALKING HE DID. LOOK WHAT HAPPEN WHEN HE TALKED ALL THAT TRASH ABOUT BROCK HE GOT DESTROYED AND KONGO MIGHT DO THE SAME THING.

If the fight stays standing, it will be good and Kongo can KO him. But in the past we have seen that Kongo has terrible takedown defense and he is absolutely clueless on the ground. If it goes to the ground, it will end quickly in favor of Mir. This really should be a good fight as well.

i think mir will beat kongo.... he is too tough to knock out and too smart to let the fight be a stand up war. mir did look bigger and stronger on the show....

Firs off I own the board and its a fitness board not a steroid board get it right.So your saying dana lets them use aas when they fought or did sherk just get his title removed from him for not doing anything when he tested positive.Are you saying dana lets some and not others use gear. the man knows how long that it takes for the AAS to clear the system before he gets tested... so yes he was juicin.. there is no other way to gain 25lbs in 12 wks unless he was juicin..

I don't know that much about AAS but I can tell you that the guys do know the dates they are going to be tested on. That was the big hype when BJ was accusing GSP.

all these guys are on something...I know if he gained 25lbs he is on something... it just seems funy that someone in out community would call it cheating. i was an ncaa athlete they tested us... did most of us get caught no... did some yes. same with olympians some get caught some dont..... the test are always way behind on products. what about hgh or igf... im sure if you have enough money you can find things that arent tested for. like balko designer drugs.

and they got busted. so the rules after balko increased alot. And it is cheating no one is going to gain 25lbs of muslce in just a few months. I do recall now that testing has risen to a new level on olympians and sport figures
