    BJ looks great!

    I have been watching the training videos on BJ's site and I have to say that he physically looks better than I have seen him in a while. He was standing there doing an interview and you could actually see his 6 pack! He has definitely been doing more work for this fight than the others!

    I heard he smells great too! Looks great, smells great, overall just the total package.

        Just go to his site and watch his videos. I always follow his training and stuff on his website, and I just noticed it. Pretty much any of the later videos.

            Sanchez was wanting the WW belt bad too. The gameplan for beating Sanchez is to survive the initial onslaught right out of the gate. He seems to "shoot his wad" in the first couple of minutes and then he calms down to an average MMA fighter. I say that BJ wins by submission again. Diego's standup is not as good so he will try to get it to the ground and GnP BJ...that is Diego's way of winning. The problem is, BJ has some of the best TD defense in MMA. Not to mention that once you get him on the ground, then you have to fight one of the best BJJ practioners in the sport and fight off his ridiculous flexibility.

            I think this will be a good fight and it will be BJs toughest fight yet. Sanchez will come in like a wild man and he will be ready, but I just don't think he will have enough to take the belt from BJ.

            My prediction.....BJ retires with the LW belt.

              Having said that about Diego's standup...he has been training with Oscar De La Hoya, so it will be improved. But training with a professional boxer for a few weeks does not make you a great standup guy.

                He practiced with De La Hoya also wen he fought Koz and we saw who won that fight. I dont think just because he goes and boxes with a boxer that he is going to get great at boxing I hope its a good fight but as usual I want bj to win.

                  Okay, there you go then. I didn't realize he trained with him before the Kos fight. He will bring the fight to BJ for sure. I just think BJ is going to be too much for him.

                    I KNOW BJ WILL BE READY TO GO 5 ROUNDS NO PROBLEM. HE'S GONNA BE IN BETTER SHAPE THEN THE KENNY FIGHT.BUT I ALSO THINK THAT BJ WILL WIN IN A SUBMISSION OR KNOCK OUT

                      yea Im pretty sure diego was training with de la hoya for a while now. For sure before his fight with Koz, yet he didnt look good at all in that fight. It almost looked like he was too scared to lose so he ended up losing. Unless something kind of crazy happens or sanchez is way better than the past I dont see BJ losing.

                      How many more fights do you see in BJ? It would be ashame for him to quit now, he finally got in good shape.

                        I don't know. I would say that if BJ defended his title 2 or 3 more times then he would leave. By that time, GSP will probably move up in weight classes with the way he has been talking about how bad the weight cut is. I don't see Dana allowing BJ to move up 2 classes to get another shot at him, so there is really nothing left for him after that. He has proved already that he is the greatest LW and if he defends his title 5 or 6 times, that will just add to the legacy....but that is all just my opinion.

                          Unless GSP moves up a class and BJ decides to try and get the WW belt after GSP has gone, but I don't think that would be of much benefit. GSP is the only thing that interests him in WW it seems....not really the belt.

                            It would be nice to see somone else step up in the LW division before BJ leaves. With most other classes we have been seeing better fighters come through and take over. For instance everyone thought Hughes, Chuck, Tim Silvia/Arlovski would just keep winning, but they have gotten beat bad and now are non factors. (Tim sucks though, I could never stand him.) I like BJ, but dont want their to be a drop off once he is gone. Like if he leaves and Kenny gets the belt it wont be that interesting to me really.

                              Well, if BJ leaves, the division will be okay. The LW division is probably the most deep division in the UFC. Kenny won't get the belt and hold it. IMO, Kenny was over rated and it is about to show. I would be willing to bet that he doesn't get by Guida. Also, keep your eye on Frankie Edgar and Ross Pearson (the guy that one TUF LWs). These two are the next big thing, I think.
