thanks yall.. im gonna need some help posting pics and i dont know how to put youtube on here so yall can see my fights..can anyone help with that.. i have a pic i took yesterday but i dont know how to put it on here.. im not goin back to the gym till next may ... and then im gonna start brock lesnars workout and then start my lean bulker in mid july..im gonna drop to 195lbs and do a 20wk lean bulker i hope to hit 235lbs.. thats one of my goals.. the other is to build some hurtin bombs.. aka pur blunt force trauma, and of course stamina..Comment
