    I know that knee really rocked Brock but I don't know how close he was really. It will be hard for him to get within 10lbs of Brock and be comfortable fighting there.

    MIR IS MAKING EXCUSES AGAIN .HE GOT BEAT BAD AND HE WON THE FIRST TIME BY A ROOKIE MISTAKE BROCK MADE. MIR WILL NEVER BEAT BROCK.

      I would like to see a well rounded fighter who is about the same weight as Brock fight him. At least he wouldnt just be able to push them around and lay on them as easily. It sets up for a third fight however. Maybe this will motivate Mir to train his ass off and get bigger, who knows.

          3rd fight no way.That would be streching this a little to far. Mir doesnt deserve another chance he lost that bad for talking alot of smack and he did talk smack.If your going to talk the talk you better back it up and atleast go all 3 rounds. Not get fuk'd up badly in the 2nd and look like a truck hit ya in the face.

            He will get another shot assuming he wins his next couple of fights. So far it is Mir-1 and Lesnar-1. They will have another because one of them needs to have 2 wins over the other.

                  Mirs striking looked good for about 15 secs till he got taken down. If its possible for him to gain 20lbs of good weight and not get taken down right away he will have a much better shot at winning (thats a big if).

                    They will fight again. its 1 and 1... also there should be a superheavy weight or ultra heavy weight..... somebody who cuts down to 265 should not fight a guy who walks around at 215. I dont care if the same 2 superheavy weights have to fight each other every ufc. let brock lesnar beat up fat asses like bob sapp.

                      dude that wont happen MIR got beat plain and simple. There wont be a super heavy weight. Therss plenty of guy who are smaller that beat up bigger guys. I guess you wanted mir to win. If mir loses again to someone else he will not fight brock.

                        You are correct that if Mir doesn't win his next fight or two that he won't fight Brock. But if he does, then they will fight again. They have to....they are 1-1 and that always ends up in a 3rd fight.

                        I am just curious to see who his next fight is. There are rumors that it is the winner of the Randy/Nog fight, but now they are saying that it may be the winner of the Carwin/Velasquez fight. Personally I hope it is Carwin that will fight him. Of the four, I think Carwin and Randy have the best chances. Velasquez has good wrestling and great KO power, but he has a suspect chin to me....Kongo was knocking him down with every blow it seemed like.

                            Yeah. Carwin is very good at controlling fighters on the ground, but Kongo was completely LOST!! It was really hard to watch. He took a beating.
