yes its called evolution of a sport also u have bobby lashley, bob sapp etc..... in the 70's lineman in the NFL were 230lbs and now they are almost 400lbs and just as agile
Exactly so comparing the two is not possible. Not to mention the fact that no one knew BJJ (GJJ) back then and that is why it was so dominate. Now everyone and their brother knows it. As far as BJJ being the best martial art...which do you think is better?

Another thing you have to think about back then was the fact that fighters had hair that Royce would pull and use against them and he had his GI which makes a HUGE HUGE difference in submissions. No GI doesn't have near the submissions as GI does.

a combination of BJJ,muay thai, greco roman wrestling and boxing... making it whats known as Mixed Martial Arts...lmao... common bro...nobody is invincible.. not even Fedor... and he is the best p4p fighters in the world with the exception of anderson silva.. and if silva and fedor fought a catch weight fight it would determine the greatest fighter in the world today.. there is always someone better out there, bigger, faster, stronger, and more technically sound...not just some random black belt in jits...

Well, yeah...mixed martial arts is totally different than
so BJJ is not the best martial art in the world..
If you could choose one, the BJJ is probably one of the most practical for everyday use..or street use. It is pretty obvious that a combination of a few would be better.
You are correct....no one is invincible. But right now Fedor is number on and number one for a reason. And eventually a better fighter will come along and beat Fedor, Brock, Machida, Anderson, GSP, BJ, etc... I really don't understand what your point is?
