See i have alot of his past fights saved and I just watched the last few.jardine he took to lightly I mean anyone can see that.He got caught by rampage from a mistake he has made before. The fight with rasheed, chuck won the first round and he got caught by a lucky punch. they were both throwing. I didnt see this fight but I think chuck needs to dump his camp and get a new camp and a new exercise and training coaches to get him into better shape, better defense. Please I ask anyone here to watch his last 4 fights that is a fighter not done but a fighter who makes mistakes. He has the power now show him better technique and stratedgy like the wandy fight. He dominated that fight with stratedgy. I hope he goes and fights elsewhere and prooves he isnt done. After watching his fights thats not a washed up fighter.its a out of shape fighter.who posted it in here for him to quit partying thats exactly right. every other 205 guy looks in shape but chuck hasnt his last fights. And when they show him in the interviews ufc all they show is him throwing punches. I take back he isnt finished. I want you to watch his last 4 fights.all plain old mistakes. why do you make mistakes your camp
or you just not listening when you get into the ring

    Re: chuck

The problem is he has been caught in the past and never got KO'd. Now all of the sudden, every time he gets caught, whether it is a brutal shot or not, he goes down. It's like he can't take a punch like he used. Now I know he has gotten caught....but how many times can you get caught in a row before you have to say...I just can't take that kind of punch any more?

I think he still has the skills, he just cant take a punch like he used to... I assimilate it to when an older NFL quarterback gets a concussion, then they happen more and more and more easily... I think the shot he took from Rampage shook his brain up too much.. He looked in great shape, I think he can still fight, but no way to the level he used to be.. Sad because he is my fav ufc fighter too

Hmmm...mistakes? Training camp? Not listening? Which is it? I mean he is getting old, his speech sounds slurred. His sentences are not coherent. I doubt he can risk making any more mistakes. I think he should just retire.

            Re: chuck

i have to agree with fuzo here. i sat there watching this past fight and saw the same shyt as the last few losses. he is looking for that one punch and that damn left hand is down below his shoulder and Rua timed the shot perfectly when chuck was moving in. if he had a different camp i think he would fare better. the chin is fine. he faced wanderlei who hits like a phucking mule and put his ass away. its bad form and bad luck, look who he lost to, jardine who got KO'd in 36 seconds by wanderlei who chuck beat the fight before, he lost to Rua who at 26 couldn't put away a gassed 44 year old Coleman, and he lost to Rashad who is until recently been so bad that he fought to a no contest against a washed up tito ortiz and who will be losing his belt to lyoto machida in a few weeks. also chuck has to remember where he came from beofre the 500K fight purses and remember why he gets that kind of money.

well, he had someone else working with him at his camp but he still trained out of the pit with his same trainer. he needs to jettison that guy and start with someone new.

He worked with American Top Teams boxing and BJJ coach. He has kick boxing and wrestling. The problem is he uses the same game plan. It has nothing to do with how he trains. Hackelman went to them for help because he said that he knows when he needs help. It doesn't matter where you train as long as you get the right training. It's all in the game plan
