DIDNT GO AS PLANNED. i WAS FIGHTING AT 185LBS. THE DAY BEFORE WEIGH INS I WAS 196 AND PLANNED ON AN EASY 10LB CUT THE NEXT DAY. I WASKE UP ON THURSDAY AND I WEIGH 208. I DROPPED 22LBS ON THURSDAY TO MAKE WEIGHT AND I JUST NEVER RECOVERED. GOT ME WITH AN OVER HAND RIGHT AND I WAS STONED.

Way to go anyway! That's a lot of weight to drop in that time frame. You can't expect to be 100% after that.Comment
