    whats the worst injury you got...........

    while training or fighting MMA.

    last monday i was training with no gi. the guy i was sparring with is much better than me. he used a hip throw to toss me. i tripped him and he fell head first into my face. i had 3 stitches in the inside of my bottom lip and somhow my pinky on my right hand was dislocated.

    neither really hurt until i woke up tuesday morning LOL

    no i didnt wreck a knee but its the worst that happened to me in my short career

    i dont mma train, but i once stubbed my toe on a 65lb dumbell! that hurt

      Burns from rolling on the mats is about the worst I ever got training BJJ. I got a pretty bad bruise on my thigh in Muay Thai.

        just sore muscles.... i wasnt able to train for long due to my schedule..... i hope to get back into it once i am done with school.... it was such a good work out and i am feeling lazy and sluggish right now.
        I'm Just an old chunk of Coal, But I'm gonna be a DIAMOND some day.
