WELL SEE HE COULDNT FIGHT HIS NORMAL STYLE BECAUSE CHUCK WAS TO BUSY BUSTING HIM UP SLVIA HAD EVERY OPPURTUNIY TO FIGHT HIS WAY BUT CHUCK BEAT HIM AT IT. CHUCK CAME INTO HIS BEST SHAPE EVER. CHUCK EVEN TOOK SYLVIA DOWN TWICE ON THE MAT WHEN HAS CHUCK EVER DONE THAT. BRING RAMPAGE BACK CHUCK WONT GET CAUGHT MEXT TIME THATS FOR SURE. wanderlei is a way better fighterimo , im suprised he lost, he fought stupid- all he had to do was take him down and fight smarti dont think anyone can beat chuck standing up the whole time.

wanderlei cousin was telling me that he was trying to fight chucks style to prove a point but with a 2 inch reach advantage chuck is going to beat you. I think the only reason chuck took him down was to play it safe and tie him up.

After watching that fight last night would you guys say that Chuck is back?

IMO he looked like the old Chuck. Accurate, worked the angles well and picked Siva apart. Silva looked a little frustrated.

Chuck fought a good fight and I do agree that silva was trying to fight chuck at his own game. The only person who can do that is Rampage. If chuck fought rampage again what would that prove? He would have to beat him three times to say he did anything..lmao!! Rampage has done kicked his ass twice (everytime that have fought). Of course he could fight to get his belt back BUT that doesnt take anything off of the loses to rampage already. Oh and what about the loss to Jardine? There is no excuse for that...

To say he is back is probably coming from the simple fact that you like him and that you are a fan. I think saying that is jumping the gun.

hey mpresiv it sounds like you dont.everyone that is a chuck fan and has watched his career saw last night that this was the old bad ass chuck who beats ass and wins. he was ready for it trained for it and wanted it. he took jardine to lightly.as for rampage if chuck does win yeah rampage will always have the stats better in fights with him but who cares chuck might be champ again. he's a legend period he earned it. plus he got paid 250,000 for the fight and got paid 250,000 for winning

I would like to see wanderlei fight chuck how he normally fights not that stand up toe to toe stuff, and if chuck still wins that would say a lot but I see this fight as a bad move on wanderlei's part and a bad move on his trainers. If he would have fought the fight normal I think the outcome would have been different.

MERC HE COULDNT GET IN ON CHUCK. CHUCK WAS THE ONE THAT TOOK HIM DOWN TWICE..PLUS CHUCKS JAB KEPT CONNECTING. LISTEN ALL FIGHTERS HAVE THERE DAY AND THEN THEY RETIRE. LOOK I WAS SO UPSET THAT CHUCK LOST 2 IN A ROW AND THOUGHT HE WAS DONE.SILVIA HAS LOST 3 IN A ROW. LOOKS LIKE SILVIA COULDNT GET IN WITH THE OTHER 2 HE LOST TO ALSO. MAYBE HIS TIME IS UP WHO KNOWS. I agree with everything you said bro. I am a chuck fan but I have always been a bigger fan of a well rounded fighter. But at the same time, if you can throw blows like chuck and land them that is all that matters I guess. A win is a win.

Chuck is showing signs of taking his fighting to a different level with last nights showing. He does amaze me with his KO power. Even if the punches dont land flush they still have knockdown power.
