    bruises and black eyes

    i go to work everyday with bruises on my arms and a fresh one on my neck from last night!!!! black eyes of varying degrees and when people ask how i got them...............

    i get to tell them i train to fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    in the real world against real fighters i know i would be destroyed but against a regular street tough guy i would massacre him with my lukewarm thai boxing or my halfass BJJ

    (funny i dont get black eyes from punches or kicks its from elbows while rolling)

      What color is your belt right now? I did Gracie in Miami and ATT in Ft. Lauderdale for 3yrs while I was in Miami...It was a blast...Been doing BJJ, well mostly greco for almost 10yrs now...What's some of the training you do on an ED basis? Have you got ring worm or cauliflower ear yet? you wait

                i hear ya bro, i used to come home bruised and banhed up, broken fingers, etc and my wife would say " i thought you were training so you wouldn't get beat up, not the other way around".
                You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.

                  There are vitamins that increase collagen production that will cut down on the length of time you have the bruising. I'd have to look them up again but I'm sure you can find the info online. I had a lady at the gym a longtime ago that had very easy bruising and after she started supplementing the vitamins she didn't bruise anymore.
                  I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
