anybody catch the IFL during primetime?

good fights. they just showed the best of the season and i kinda dont see the point in team MMA but its still more fighting for me to watch

no this is a fight league where they take big time coaches with names like miletitch, carlos newton, gracie, shamrocks (both of them), maurice smith ect.......

they have teams with one fighter from each weight class and they fight as a team. the team with the best records go into the finals and the fighters square off.

MMA is far from a team sport but it is secondary i get to see some real good up and comers fight

bas ruten has an 18 year old kid who whoops ass. he is gonna be big someday

I watched quite a few bouts with the 18 yr old. He was awesome...c o c k y/confident to boot.
