damn, i thought he had a chance but he didnt squeak out a victory he owned tim.
i was impessed with rich franklins performance, he just picked apart mcdonald and showed complete control of the fight
and how about mcfedries vs kampmann. mcfedries was beating the hell out of kamp in the stand up. after being almost KO'd twice kamp took mcfedries down and applied an arm triangle and put mcfedries to sleep. other than nick diaz's sub win over gomi this is the most impressive sub i have seen since hughes spun into an armbar with GSP"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

Tim Silvia in UFC is like Shak in basketball imo. He has some talent but mostly it is his size that matters. It just goes to show that Silvia is not match for a true UFC seasoned verteran fighter. That was the most entertaining fight I ever watched.

Yeah it was an awesome fight card. Sylvia got his ass royally beat by Couture. It was a well deserved victory for Couture. Too bad Cro Cop is going to whip his ass soon, but that's another topic.The Franklin fight was awesome. I didn't like the Hughes and Lytle fight. That was boring. Hughes should have submitted him ot knocked him out. If he were to fight GSP again, after seeing what he did last night, he would still get his ass kicked by GSP. I feel bad for McFedries. I thought he was going to knock out Kampmann. Each punch seemed to hurt Kampmann, but he recovered and went for the take down and sealed the victory.
That Lambert vs. Sobral fight was pretty badass as well. I didn't expect Babalu to get knocked out. That's 2 losses in a row for Babalu. I wonder if he can come back winning?NO PAIN, NO GAIN

I totally agree , thought it was a onesided fight in the couture fight but I do think couture is going to have his hands full fighting Cro Cop.
Hughes fight was horrible, looked to me like he wanted a safe win, so he stuck with a wrestling match(very very dissappointed) I dont think hughes is at the same level as GSP.
Rich is seems to be on the right track back he didn't play it safe just went out there and started throwing....did u guys see mcdonalds face afterwards?? lol damn looked kinda like shamrocks face after titos fights!
And for Babalu, wow really unexpected for me...if you noticed he came out strong good combos and even good control in the clinch, but the both times he got Rocked was when he dropped his hands and tried to kick lambert.. Twice lambert had a wide open shot to the face...
Hands down=Open shot= Down goes babalu!
Oh by the way won 50 bucks on Couture Fight lol....Saint,Comment

Man, I need to find some friends who order that stuff. I always forget about it. I only know one guy personally who likes the UFC but we aren't really that close. Just two different people. Sounds like there were some good and not so good fights.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

i watched it at a sports bar with my friends and brother, was there from 730 - the end of the fight... about 1am i guess, but it was worth it and lots of fun. You should get some guys together and find a bar that plays it and head up a couple hours early Tman.Comment

lambert is a slow plodding fighter but he is smart and looks better than he did in the two previous fights i have seen him in. i thought sobral would have shown more. he really put his faith in that kick and got knocked down the first time he should have given it up as lambert did his homework and saw sobral used the kick to soften an opponent before he tried for a take downOriginally posted by sAiNt4LifE View Post
