N, maybe pride should put more money in their broadcasting and marketing. UFC seems to be what I pay more attn to as they are far superior in these aspects. Dont get me wrong, I love watching pride...however UFC is a lot more available and with the reality shows and all. you get the connection with the fighters. I feel for the most part it is hard to learn about the pride fighters.

T bro , that would be great , but honestly i dont see it happening for these reasons....just think what would happen if say the ufc guys run through the pride guys and vice versa ....it will be very bad for their company u know ?

Vette actually u are wrong ...one u pay more attentio to ufc cause its in the states and pride is in japan,,, and still almost just as popular here in the u.s...u wont see ufc in japan i can tell u that .

second ...their broadcast team . they had the best but bas rutten left and they got fruitcake trigg. still not bad ....i dont see goldberg and rogan beeing superior in anyway ..

the reality show i think was the beiggest mistake for true mma fans ... they turn into straight wwf persona in my opinion ...

and if ur really into it and a true mma fan trust me u know and learn about anyfighter regardless of their organization ...

i would watch more pride PPVs but i hate the ring over the cage. damn it sucks when a guy works his ass off to get a takedown then ends up tangled in the ropes and the fight has to be stopped to move them to the middle of the ring.

the guy who got slammed has time to recover his wits.

as for the top fighters pride rules only in the HWs.

i just like the UFC format better. it has nothing to do with "nuthugging" its just preference i like watching both. seems alot of the hardcore MMA guys (i am one of them) have dismissed the UFC when it went mainstream. bro that is good! i dont care if there are a bunch of ignorant fight fans if they are paying for the fights it dosnt effect the fighters.

what kills me is when guys like josh barnett, frank shamrock go fight in wrastlin matches, that is much worse for the MMA image than a reality show about fighters and fighting

i am also one of them , yeah barnett and frank **** is funny , although frank was and still is a monster ......

i think pride has much mroe talent bro in every category .. that pay is just too good ...for now anyways...... this beeing said that my fav fighter is GSP.

i am a huge GSP fan. actually being a fighter makes one realize what these guys go through and endure, i have mad respect for any guy who can step into a ring, cage, pit, mat ect and fight another man.

bro that is a strong card for free TV. herring will make his debut, franca vs fisher! that will be a battle not to mention din thomas is fighting clay guida who dominated his last fight.

you will have ablast for sure. and hopefully evans will show up ready to finish the fight and not just lay and pray
