    Cerrone looked a little flat I know he starts out slow but with 10 seconds left knocked him silly,DONE

      he did fuzo. I think it is several things. wear and tear is a big one. also mid 30s is where guys start to slow down. He still has impeccable technique and accurate strikes just not that snap and crispness he had a couple years ago.

      How many times have we seen a top guy just get old overnight. I wish him the best. it creeps up on us all. I feel way better than I did when I started Muay Thai but that is just because i know so much more. I realize I am slower and not as strong and i certainly cannot take a punch as well
