well it looks like usa soccer may be taking action against their players for doing this. i may have to switch to soccer as my favorite sport now because they are the only ones that are standing up for patriotism and respect of our country

yeah, i just cannot watch soccer. although women's soccer is better than men's as they are not notorious floppers

There was an article in the paper today showing black high school football players kneeling for the anthem. This kind of negativity is what is dividing the country. Sure , its freedom of speech, but just because we have the freedom to do something doesnt make it right. This comes across as angry and divisive. We need to find ways to unify the divided country.

if any of them were my players i would bench them even if it cost me the game. i would use the i am giving them time to express their opinion and freedom of speech by sitting them as an excuse. that way they have even more time for their platform and finding a solution to their percieved problems

whiny *****es with perceived problems that do exist but are caused (in a majority of cases) by the people they are calling martyrs. mike brown was a POS thug criminal who fought a cop and was killed. if he had not fought and been arrested for the robbery he committed he would be alive today.

but logic and FACTS do not play into these peoples mindset. they just hear (lies) mike brown had his hands up and was executed but the white devil cop. (DOJ exonerated him yet they still say it was racist even though the AG at the time was a black man and did the investigation, not to find wrongdoing as they knew there was none but to placate people who believed the lies "hands up don't shoot))

So tired of what is happening now to sports. I cant even turn on sports on the radio or tv now without a lecture about racism and gay restrooms in north carolina...Its getting ***ing ridiculous. Sports used to be a place you could escape to for a while, but now sports is another tool of mind control. Im totally down with the boycott the nfl idea. I hope to hell it catches on. I will watch NFL, but I am cutting back. Im sick of this shit
