i think they ought to split the sec up. and put one sec team in every confrence. that way it will be more fair.

SEC is for sure where it's at....I can't wait even though my VOLS haven't been up to par lately. Now they have a new coach and lost a very good running back. Not to mention the younger line....we will see how it goes. I don't know. My other team has always been Michigan and they aren't fairing so well either.

My buddies always mess with me about moving over to Bama, but I just refuse to jump on the bandwagon.

Re: collage football around the cornner!!!

shhit..."easy to switch." I woulda been put on someone's doorsteop in a basket with a note. My grandfather was president of student body at UF. Most of my family went there. I chose not to. One of my great decisions. "Son, I'll take care of you while you're at UF."...etc..."No thanks. I'm ready to spread my wings and go to work, instead of live the university life. At UF!" stoopid.
But, no. I believe there's no spine required when you njust jump ship. But if you like a school just because, that's different. Like my wife. She was a FSU lover. Her sister went there. She was raised to like FL State by her dad, but he has no reason to even like them, because he, nor his immediate family went there, until his oldest daughter. So, My wife's a die-hard Gator now. It's hard not to be when you watch season after season with me, my brother, and my pops. That scenario even converted a Boston College fan from New England that moved into my dad's house with my older brother in the mid-later 90s. He really doesn't count though, because he wasn't a die-hard BC guy. He didn't really have a college team, but once he got hooked on that SEC ball, and Gator ball, to be more specific. That was it. He's a bigger Gator than me now days, I swear.lol...

I'm getting giddy too! The Gators will have a real QB again, instead of a tightend/fullback playing the quarterback position.
Let's see what Brantley's got for 'em. I like what I've seen already from him. 2 touchdowns. 1 in dbl-coverage, another in triple-coverage. He dropped it over the heads, and into the hands of his receivers like butter.
He showed some real QB attributes. Please, don't think I'm raggin on Tebow. Tebow did great things, and is a 1 in a million player. And he might develope into an unbelievable quarterback with so much more to offer. He brings much to the table, but he was a young, budding quarterback that resembled the likes of a fullback more than a QB many-a-down. If Tebow had hands, he would be one hell-of-a tightend.

And yes. There's SEC football, so fast you'll loose the ball if you don't pay attention(the cameraman does all the time). And there's the rest.

What's bs is the SEC teams must play 100%, above and beyond, every single weekend, or it's their loss. Check all the other conferences' schedules. They have about 3 tough games. SEC teams usually have 1 "gimme". FL gets a gimme every-other-yr now that Miami and AL is on the roster. And those gimme-games do make a huge difference. It's like easy practice. But, not in the SEC. You get the shit kicked outta ya weekend after weekend.

Now let's hear from a Trojan.
                Better yet. Here's your schedule.

There. I made it a little easier to hate the Gators too. I know it's kinda hard to hate such a well disciplined, and well mannered team.

When you jump ship to a team that is a national contender you get labeled as jumping on the bandwagon. TN and Bama are huge rivals so I can't do that. It's just a matter of time before the Vols mature and get back to their old selves

the only thing good i can say about bama the gators lsu or the vols, THERE IN THE SEC
and if you want a real and true national champ the either have to come out of the SEC or
has to beat a sec team to bea ligit national champ.... end of story
