I feel the same, HATE the Yankee's but you have to have respect for a guy like him.. he had turned over day to day operations to his family in the past couple years, but someone like him will definitely be missed"Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy"...................Benjamin Franklin

I've been a Yankee fan all my life, and I remember how he turned them back into a powerhouse back in the mid-70s. Wow, he was always brawling with somebody on the team: Reggie, Billy Martin, Dave Winfield, etc. The team def earned the nickname "Bronx Zoo" back then! lol But Mr S would do whatever was necessary and spend huge $$$$ to keep them on top. He is def an icon.U
