I've been a Yankee fan all my life, and I remember how he turned them back into a powerhouse back in the mid-70s. Wow, he was always brawling with somebody on the team: Reggie, Billy Martin, Dave Winfield, etc. The team def earned the nickname "Bronx Zoo" back then! lol But Mr S would do whatever was necessary and spend huge $$$$ to keep them on top. He is def an icon.UComment
