I think I heard there will be a murder investigation. If she knew he was in the back of the truck and whipped around a corner going >50 mph, is that still considered an accident?

someone called 911 and said she was watching a black man standing in the back of a pickup truck with no shirt on and he had a cast on his arm and he was pounding on the rear window. she will prob be charged with some crime, but she may be totally innocent.Comment
